What I did
I created a very targeted search around sustainable transportation across Twitter and Reddit, and then a separate broader search across TikTok and Instagram.
I wanted to learn who was talking about what, what potential pain points there were, who the early adopters were, what detractors were saying, and key conversational themes.
What I delivered
A strategic social listening report that covered the global social conversation across sustainable transportation, with social audience analysis. I ran comparison data across different audience clusters and territories to unearth insights and give targeted recommendations about how these insights could best be used.
