In this module, I’ll analyse a key social audience for you. This can be but is not limited to your own audience, a competitor audience, or an audience who is talking about a particular topic.

Social Media Strategy
I will craft you a bespoke social media strategy that focuses on what you’re looking to achieve.
The strategy will outline objectives, audiences, content pillars, which platforms should be your focus, and content strategies for each of these. You’ll also receive posting frequency and KPI recommendations. These can either be utilised by your in-house social media team/community manager or I can recommend a freelance resource to bring the strategy to life.
Cultural Trend Reporting
This can either be done as a standalone project or, if you’re interested in learning more about a specific area of internet conversation, I can create industry and trend reports for you.
These include current topics of conversation, audiences, most active channels, search results and finally trends and opportunities. These are incredibly useful starting points to really understand the ‘lay of the land’ before you launch a new product.
