The Brief
To work with agency Eleven Miles to undertake a social listening and audience research project to help BT business better understand their potential social audience and their themes that mattered.
What I did
Using various social listening tools, I unearthed valuable insights about the potential social audiences for BT business within the UK. From this research, I created a social strategy to support business goals and ambitions. I worked alongside the BT team to help them optimise the strategy and launch on Instagram later the same year. I provided ongoing consultancy on social content and copy and trained their community managers.
