The brief
I’ve consulted with David Austin Roses over the last couple of years in a number of capacities.
In January 2021 I was briefed to undertake a social listening project to help David Austin learn more about their current community, and also identify their potential wider audience.
Once this was delivered, I used the learnings to help them create a full social media strategy, that focused more on e-comm than engagement.
Since then I’ve worked with them regularly, helping them build their team, recommended ways of working, and training their social customer service team on the social CS strategy I created.
