Brand and Social Strategy
The brief
I teamed up with a brand strategist colleague to create an integrated brand and social strategy for the launch of cultivated meat start-up Ivy Farm.
What we did
I undertook a really thorough listening project to understand the cultivated meat conversation on social, identifying potential pain points and pitfalls, as well as creating different communities of interest for various stages leading to launch.
We wrote the brand and social strategy in tandem, with both parts of the process informing the other.
The work was carried out with the Ivy Farm team as well as various other agency partners to ensure everything was feeding into the overall strategy.
What we delivered
My final deliverable was a full social media strategy for all platforms, including key influencer identification and team set-up recommendations.
I also created a roadmap to take them to launch, identifying key trends, opportunities, and events to help them tell their story to the right audiences on the right platforms.
