Worked with Jo Malone and was tasked with delivering a really in depth social media audience report which covered off Jo Malone’s owned customers, Jo Malone’s earned customers and what people were saying/taking pictures of when they talked about Jo Malone across all social channels. These findings and insights went to on to form the basis of their social strategy for 2018 including the launch of Blossoms.
