Before running a workshop to help Plymouth Gin create their social media strategy, I undertook an extensive social listening project around gin in the UK, focusing in on Plymouth and their direct competitors.
Using Pulsar Platform I identified conversation topics, trends, audience segments, audience demographics, best-received content, and potential pain points for the brand across the big 3 social networks (plus Reddit) as part of a strategic social listening report which I use a basis for creating a robust and future-facing social media strategy.
