To help the UNHCR use social listening more effectively across multiple facets of the agency.
What I did
Working with an agency partner, I co-ran an in-person workshop with the data team to understand capabilities, pain points, software stack and more.
What I delivered
A deck packed full of recommendations for bronze, silver, and gold fixes (based on resource and length of term) for each of the key issues that became clear during the workshop
How this helped
The team integrated some of the bronze-level learnings and recommendations immediately, with plans to introduce wider audience insights capabilities within various global teams.
