As part of a digital audit, Zoetis wanted to create a deeper understanding of the social conversation around specific pet health concerns.
What I did
Working with Future Strategy Club I created a big social listening piece across all social platforms to understand pet owners’ biggest concerns around pet health and their understanding of symptoms and medications.
What I delivered
A social listening and audience insights report, including platform-by-platform analysis and content strategy recommendations based on my findings.
How this helped
Helped with the global content strategy and paid media strategy, and also informed some campaign work.
